Return Authorization Policy We will accept undamaged product with a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER up to 90 days after the date of the invoice. A restocking fee of up to 30% will be applied based on condition of the product. This policy includes order delivery refusals. Product returned in excess of 90 days from invoice are subject to an automatic restocking fee of 30% and product returned without Return Authorization may be refused.Please contact customer service at 800.381.1516 or customerservicegroup@planetdog.com to obtain your Return Authorization number. Returns from customers If a customer returns product due to quality or durability issues, please provide them with a credit or exchange per your store's policy. Then contact us at 800.381.1516 and we will credit your account. If the total of damaged merchandise exceeds $30, we require that you send it back to us. You must call for a Return Authorization number before sending back the products. Please advise customers at time of purchase about toy durability and intended use.
